If it took you 7 years to gain some extra weight it will take longer than 7 days to lose it.

If it took you 24 months to go into debt it will take longer than 24 days to get out of it.

If it took you 10 years to fill your garage with clutter, it will take you longer than 10 minutes to clean it.

This January, when it takes too long to accomplish your resolutions, make sure you give yourself something important – time.
