Card

This is a business card I made 6 years ago.

At the time, I had a blog that 34 people read every day. That’s right, I faithfully wrote a blog that got about 34 unique readers every day. That’s not a lot. That’s not wildly successful. That’s no reason to have a business card.

And yet, I had one. Why? Because when you’re chasing a dream you have to believe before it makes sense to.

I felt like one day I could write a blog people liked. I felt like one day I could write a book. I felt like one day I might even be able to be a New York Times Bestselling author.

Did I have any evidence of this? Not really. But I did try to make the cheesiest, funniest business card I could.

And I believed.

You should too.

Believe in your dream before it makes sense to. If you won’t first, other people won’t later.
