This website and any products and services offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. We also obtain other personal from other sources, such as: email addresses and names from ConvertKit; payment status, purchase history, and order fulfillment information from Stripe; and subscription status, purchase history, and order fulfillment information from Mighty Networks.

The Company collects such information in order to send emails, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, complete customer transactions, oversee contests and promotions, and improve website performance and customer service.
d. Who We Share Your Personal Information With
The Company respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties (beyond what is necessary for fulfilling a customer transaction or for the basic functionality of an online service) without your consent.

We do, however, share your name, email address and purchase history with ConvertKit; your order and billing information with Stripe or other payment card processors; and your name, address, email address, subscription status, and order fulfillment information with Mighty Networks.

This data sharing enables the Company to send emails, fulfill orders, process payments, and improve advertising performance. We will hold all non-client personal data until you let us know you would like for us to delete it or unsubscribe from our marketing contacts, which you are free to do at any time. We will hold all client personal data and other order fulfillment information in our files for 6 years.

The Company collects and uses your personal information to send emails, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, complete customer transactions, oversee contests and promotions and improve website performance and customer service.
